The beautiful village of Amden with a mean altitude of 903 mNN has many exciting and attractive sights, a ski area and several hotels to offer. The place has been inhabited for about 50,000 years and has a rich history. Be sure to see the Rinquelle and Seerenbach Falls, the highest waterfall in Switzerland, the shore of Lake Walen with the castle Strahlegg, the viewpoint Durschlegi and the back of the Churfirsten summits. But the place still has more details to discover for yourself...

Aktuell NICHT zu empfehlen! Wanderer und Touristen werden hier nicht vor den „Problem „ Kühen geschützt. Es ist seit Wochen bekannt bei den Bauern aber jene lachen nur. Müssen erst Kinder verletzt oder totgetrampelt werden? Traurig einfach nur traurig.
